Payment Deadline:
Full payment must be postmarked
by May 18th. After this date, only cashiers checks or money orders
will be accepted and a late fee of 10.00 MUST be included. Camp
fee includes t-shirt, water and snacks, instructions,
clinic worksheets, player evaluations.

Refunds:
A full refund (minus $25.00 handling
fee) is given if cancellation is made prior to June 1st. A $80.00
handling fee is charged if cancellation is made between June 1st,
and prior to start of camp. No refunds will be made for any reason
after camp starts.
